Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any clothing or accessory item not in its original condition, is damaged or have dirt spots that cannot be washed off
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@futsalchamp.com and send your item to: Piraeus 25 Strovolos, 2023, Nicosia, Cyprus.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

*Gift Credit means a form of currency such as coins or points, allowing you to purchase anything in Our store or exchange something with the same value)

Coupons

The Company may periodically distribute promotional gift coupons of varying discount percentages via official social media channels. These coupons must be manually applied at checkout prior to purchase completion, expire strictly seven (7) days from the date of issuance. Please note that all coupons exclude items that are on sale.

Discount Offers

Discount Offers are changing depending on the demand and will be marked as items on sale. Members of any plan receive an exclusive 20% VIP discount on all products (excluding those on sale). This discount remains valid for life, even after the membership expires.

Pricing, Pre-Orders, and Shipping Guidelines

Please note that certain items on our website are currently available via pre-order only and are not ready for immediate shipment. Placing a pre-order adds an additional 14 working days to the standard delivery time. 

The football kit is available for everyone to purchase, but only registered teams actively enrolled in the Full Season League Championship can access our special, exclusive pricing. Standard Members and Non-Members may still buy the kit, but it must be purchased at the regular store price. However, our Members receive an exclusive 20% VIP discount that remains valid forever, even after their membership expires. Please note that these VIP discounts and any special promotional coupons can be used on all items across the store, except for items that are already on sale.

For domestic orders within Cyprus, we offer FREE delivery via BOX NOW automated lockers with 24/7 pickup access. Alternatively, you can select AKIS Express to pay in person at your nearest store using our Cash on Delivery (COD) option. For international customers, we offer Worldwide Priority Shipping at a flat rate of €20, which takes 4–7 business days for destinations within Europe and 10–20 business days for all other international locations. Please allow an additional 14 business days for pre-order delivery.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Piraeus 25 Strovolos, 2023, Nicosia, Cyprus.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
