Match Reschedules
In case a Team cannot attend the Scheduled match event, they should notify us few days before the date of the scheduled match game so we will have time to plan and schedule another day and time. We will inform the other Team for the change and we will ask both Team Leaders (Managers) the day and time their Teams are available and wish to attend.
*In case there is a bad weather such as heavy rain or snow, the match will be rescheduled and we will notify both the Teams.
Before and During the Match Game
The teams are required to be presented 30 min before the match game because they need time to do a warm up and get prepared for the game. It is crucial that everyone in the Team arrived on time because if the Team has not arrived then they will lose the game resulting to 3-0 loss. We will give 10 additional minutes time for the Team to arrive, if not then we will have to end the game. To be able to play a match the team has to have at least 5 presented players. Before the game every player is required to bring their ID’s with them to make sure everyone is present and eligible to play. The Referee will be there to check everyone’s ID card and explain the Rules of the game. The Referee will then toss a coin to let the Team choose the Goal side they prefer or if they want to start the game first.
The matches are split into two 20 minute halves and an extra 10 min break in between without including extra times. That equals to a 50 minute game. Each team is allowed to take a 1 minute time break once every half time if they wish to gather and make plans to win the game.
During the match game we provide a First Aider to assist in any medical emergencies and give appropriate treatments to the Players.
Champions Cup Tournament and Leagues Program
For the Champions Cup Tournament we will make a draw to create the team groups and show it on a knockout stage diagram. We will also prepare a schedule for each Club Team every week as teams progress, showing all the future matches and we will send it to each team individually. We will also post it in our Website and Social Media platforms.
For the Full, Half and Quarter Season memberships, we will prepare a schedule for every single team for each League to show the days and times of all the future matches for the whole Season. We will send a list of all the future matches for each team individually and for their team to make it easier to view and remember, so the teams will not miss any match. Also the complete schedule will be posted in our Website and Social media platforms for everyone to see.
*In case a team cannot attend the match event then the Leader (Manager) of the Team should inform Us at least few days earlier so we can reschedule the match and inform the other team for the changes.
*There will be times of a bad weather including, heavy rain or snow in which the match will be cancelled and rescheduled another day and time.
Cup and League Structure
Each league includes 16 Teams in the Full Season League , 11 Teams in the Half Season League and 6 Teams in the Quarter Season League. All the teams will face each other 2 times and including the Playoffs (ONLY in the Full Season League) with a total of 10 matches in Quarter Season League 20 matches in Half Season League and 40 matches in Full Season League.
Full Season League Structure
In the Full Season League after all Teams played twice each other (Home & Away), then it will be the start of the Playoffs Round Stage in which the Teams will be separated into 2 groups of 2 divisions (Higher & Lower Division) and it will be as follows:
Playoffs Round Stage (example of 16 teams)
Top Half League Championship Playoffs (1st – 8th table positions)
*First 3 Place Positions will be awarded at the end of the League Championship with Big and attractive Rewards!
Bottom Half League Championship Playoffs (9th – 16th table positions)
*The First 3 Place Positions will also earn small Rewards!
Each Team will keep competing until completing a total of 40 matches.
*The 3 lowest-ranked Teams at the end of the Season face automatic relegation, while the Top 3 Teams from the division below earn promotion.
*There are 3 Age Categories:
- 12-17 years old (Juniors)
- 18-40 years old (Primers)
- 40+ years old and above (Veterans)
Each age category may feature multiple League Championships across Full, Half and Quarter League Seasons. However, divisional structures apply exclusively to Full Season Championships. At the end of the season, the Top 3 Teams are promoted to the next higher division, while the bottom 3 Teams are relegated to the lower division.
The point system will be the same as the one in Football which will be as follows:
Win 3 points
Draw 1 point
Loss 0 points
When 2 teams finish having the same amount of points in the end of the League, then we will favorite the team with the highest Goals difference.
In the Champions Cup Tournament the number of Teams required is 16. There will be 4 single knockout rounds including a Round of 16, Quarter finals, Semi finals and a Final. If the Teams finish with an equal score, then there will be an extra time of two 5 minute halves with a 1 minute break in between the halves. If the game is still tied, both Teams will move to the Penalties stage, and each Team has to shoot from the penalty spot which is 6 meters far from the goal. Each team will shoot 3 penalties and if they are still tie each Team will take 1 penalty each at a time until either Team misses to score or there is a goal save.
Teams Number of Players
- Roster Limits: Your roster must have between 5 and 10 Players.
- Our Advice: We highly recommend a roster of at least 8 Players so you always have subs for injuries or absences.
- To Play: You need at least 5 roster Players to play a game.
- Late Players: You can start a game with 4 players if your 5th roster player is on the way.
- Time Limit: The late player must arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time. If the Player doesn’t arrive after the extra 10 minutes, then the Team will be disqualified and the score will end with a 0-3 loss.
- Roster Changes: We will try to add new Players to your roster from other Teams or late sign-ups.
- Moving Players: Leftover Players can join another Team’s roster on a new membership plan with the same cost price but it will be paid individually until the Season ends.
- Removing the Team: If we cannot fix your roster and the Team misses 4 matches in a row your Team will be permanently deleted and all the Player’s Memberships will be canceled.
Injuries
We care and are obliged to know that all those who want to take part in our Sports Competitions are in good physical and mental state. That is why we ask all our Players to complete a Health Questionnaire regarding their mental and physical health to judge whether or not the person can participate in our Sports Competitions. If any player shows serious symptoms of his physical health that arose from a health problem he was already facing but did not mention it and did not include it in the Health Questionnaire, then we are NOT responsible for the consequences of his health. In each game we will provide a First Aider for any minor or more serious injuries that might occur during the match.
*We emphasize that, we do NOT take any responsibility for any kind of mental or physical health injuries occur during the match games. All of our Players are taking their own Life and Health Risks when competing in our Leagues and Tournaments.

Registration Deadlines
The Start Dates of the League & Tournament Competition Events will be announced for everyone to view when we are ready to post them. We will give enough time for everyone to complete their Teams and get ready for the competition. For late registrations only Single Players will be able to compete in the present Season Leagues. Teams will have to register for the next Quarter, Half or Full Season Leagues.
Player Transfers
In the Full Season League Membership Plan we allow our Teams to transfer Players from other Teams and build their perfect Team. After the end of the Championship, all the Teams will have the chance to transfer players by swapping them with other Teams. The Transfer period will take place after the end of each Season until and before the start of the next Season. The Transfer period dates will be announced few weeks before the end of the Championship.
All the Teams will have the chance to swap Players and they can make unlimited transfers. Additionally they can swap 2 or more Players for another single Player, because some Players with higher skills can be equivalent to 2 or more lower skilled Players. Another reason for transferring a higher skilled Player for a higher number of lower skilled Players is that the cost of the Membership for each player will be lower, because of more players. Each Team can decide whether they want to transfer new players with the agreement to pay a Team’s membership or not. (For example if a Team wants to transfer a higher skilled Player they have to either give more Players so the other Team will pay lower cost of membership which gives benefit to that Team or agree that the Player will not have to pay anything for the cost of the Team’s membership which is benefit for the Player). This makes it exciting for all the Teams to try to build their perfect Team and compete for the Championship victory!
After the end of the Transfer period we will ask all the Team leaders to notify us for the Player changes and we will then post it in our website. “Note that if a Team has more Players, the cost of the Membership for each Player will be lower if the total cost is paid evenly”.
*All the Teams will have the chance to transfer Players from higher or lower Division League Championships of the same age Category.
*Teams that completed this League Season and wish to renew for the next Full or Half Season will receive a 20% discount on their NEW Membership!
Futsal Game Rules
Match Duration + Extra Times + Timeouts
The duration of the game matches is 40 minutes (two 20 min halves) including a 10 minute break in between the two halves which makes it a total of 50 minute match. Each team is allowed a 1 minute timeout per each half for Players and Managers to take a small break and gather together to make or change game plans. Extra times will be included only in the Champions Cup Tournament when both Teams have an equal score after the full time is finished.
Penalties
Penalties are taken from 2 spots in Futsal. The first Penalty spot is 6 meters far away from the Goal and another spot 10 meters away from the Goal. Penalties will be given to the Teams that conceded foul inside the penalty area which then the Player is allowed to take a 6 meter Penalty kick. When a team conceded 5 fouls in a row in any area inside the pitch then for any additional foul conceded the team will be given a 10 meter Penalty kick without the wall of course. Additionally a Direct Free Kick Penalty will be given to the Team whenever the ball touches the opponent’s hand or arm NOT including shoulder which is called ‘Handball’.
In the Champions Cup Tournament if Teams still have the same score then they will move to the round of Penalties. In this round each team will be allowed to shoot 3 times and if Teams still have no difference in score, then both Teams will take one shoot at a time with the winning Team being the one scoring after the other Team misses.
Fouls
The Referee will decide if there is a Foul, showing Yellow or Red card depending on the foul situation. Also the referee will decide weather to award a Direct or an Indirect Free Kick. In Direct Free Kicks the Player can shoot the ball directly from the spot to score. In Indirect Free Kick the Player has to pass the ball to another Player first. A Direct Free Kick is awarded when the foul was more serious and is up to the Referee to decide to give it or not.
In Direct or Indirect Free kicks, the ‘Wall’ must be less than 5 meters far away from the Kick taker and is formed by three or more defending team Players.
In Set pieces (Kick ins, Corners and Free kicks) must be taken within 4 seconds or else the opposite team will get possession and the Player will receive a yellow card for delaying the match. Same goes if the Goalkeeper doesn’t pass the ball within 4 seconds.
A Foul is awarded every time the opponent Player prevents the other Player from playing the ball by pushing, pulling or tackling him/her without touching the ball. Depending on the force and the situation of the Foul the Referee will be the one to decide whether to give a foul. In some cases the Referee might award a foul but let the game continue, or stop the game and decide whether to give a yellow or red card or no card.
Referee (Yellow & Red Cards)
There will be a Referee in every match game to make sure every Player is fine, check everyone is there, explain the Rules to both Teams, ensure the game runs smoothly and there is always a fair play. The Referee will start and end the game at the right time informing the Players about the remaining time during each half.
Before the match game
The Referee will be present 30 minutes before the match to check everyone is there by checking everyone’s ID card to make sure everyone is registered and eligible to play. After that he will speak with the Team reminding them about the Rules of the Game and answering to any questions. In case a Team doesn’t arrive on time the Referee will ONLY wait for 10 more minutes from the official time. If the Team hasn’t yet arrived then the Referee will end the game resulting to a 3-0 loss for the missing Team. The minimum number of Players required to start a match game is 5 Players. As mentioned earlier, we ask every Player to come at least 30 minutes before the match game starts, for every player to have enough time to warm up, talk about the game plans and get ready for the match.
During the match game
The Referee will ask both Team Leaders to come in the middle of the pitch to explain the Rules one more time and then toss a coin to see who wants to pick ball or corner. The Referee will blow a whistle and stop the game when there’s a foul play or when the ball passes the touch or goal lines if the scene is not clear. In case of a foul the Referee will approach the scene and decide whether to give a Yellow or Red Card or a just a Warning. Any complains to the Referee can result to a booking of a Yellow or Red Card so the Players must always be careful and behave properly. The Referee will write all the Names and Numbers of the Players that have been booked and the scorers of the match game.
If a Player receives a Red card then he will be sent off from the game and the team will remain with only 4 Players. Also he/she will miss the next scheduled match.
Team Managers
All Teams can have a Manager to help them win the League. A Futsal Manager can create formations, tactics, game plans for every match so the Team will be more organized when they play. Also the Manager can always give feedback and motivate and encourage the Players to try their best to win. It is up to the Team to decide whether they want to have a Manager or not.

- Can make a substitution once every 2 minutes or if the opposite team scores
- Throw balls are only for Goalkeepers and Kick ins if the ball passes the side lines
