Membership Plans and Payment
If you wish to Register We have 3 Membership Plans allowing our Players to choose what is more convenient for them and depending on their budget. The Memberships are listed below:
1. Champions Cup Tournament Membership
This is a one month Membership plan in which each Team is paying only per single match game of €100 to participate. To be eligible to participate, your team should have a minimum of 5 players. This is a Knockout Tournament of 16 teams including 4 single Knockout Rounds that are scheduled once every week any day and times between 16:00 to 22:00. These Cup Tournaments will start at anytime of the year and scheduled to start once 16 teams are completed. In case the Teams cannot be filled by the time of the official start date we will set a 4 week waiting time period. If after that waiting period Teams are still not filled, we will start the tournament ONLY if the number of the existing Teams are even (4, 6, 8, 10, 12).
2. Half Season Membership
In this Membership everything is included like in the Full Season Membership except there is NO Refund on the cost of the Membership payment, there is NO Discount for purchases in Our store and the champions of each league cannot challenge other Champions from other Leagues or Age Categories. The total number of teams in the Half Season League is 10 teams with a total of 20 matches. In case there are less than 10 Teams then each team will compete each other more times until completing a total of 20 match games. Before the official start date of the League Tournament if there are still Teams left to fill we will set a 4 week time period to wait before we can start the League Tournament. The start date of the Tournament will be announced once all the positions are filled, or if not filled start the tournament anyway. The first 3 positions will be Awarded in the end of the League Tournament. Learn more about the Awards and League Structure by reading further below.
3. Full Season Membership
In this Membership everything is included plus a partial Refund which will be eligible if the Team haven’t played more than 20 matches. Additionally the Refund amount will be calculated from the total cost of the membership minus the cost for every game match the Team have already played. For example the cost of the membership is €3,000 and the Team played 10 matches and asks for a Refund. So the Refund will be calculated as follows: €3,000 – €750 (€75 x 10 matches) = €2,250 will be given back as a Refund. The total number of teams required in the League is 20 teams with a total of 40 matches throughout the year. If there are fewer Teams in the League then more matches will be scheduled in the Playoff Stage depending on the number of teams, but it will be a total of 40 matches. The first 3 Place Positions will be Awarded in the end of the League Tournament. In the last 10 games of the Season, it will be the Playoffs Round Stage and the Teams will be separated into 2 groups and will keep competing until the end of Season to complete 40 matches in total. The start date of the Tournament will be announced once all the positions are filled. If there are still Teams left to fill we will set a 4 week time period to wait before we can start the League Tournament. The start date of the Tournament will be announced once all the positions are filled, or if not filled start the tournament anyway. Learn more about the Awards and League Structure by reading further below.
Location and Times of the Match Games
The location of all the match games will take place in professionally designed futsal courts which are located in Nuevo Campo, Didymoteichou Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. All the game matches will be scheduled and conducted from the times 16:00 to 22:00.
Match Reschedules
In case a Team cannot attend the Scheduled match event, they should notify us few days before the date of the scheduled match game so we will have time to plan and schedule another day and time. We will inform the other Team for the change and we will ask both Team Leaders (Managers) the day and time their Teams are available and wish to attend.
In case there is a bad weather such as heavy rain or snow, the match will be rescheduled and we will notify both the Teams.
Before and During the Match Game
The teams are required to be presented 30 min before the match game because they need time to do a warm up and get prepared for the game. It is crucial that everyone in the Team arrived on time because if the Team has not arrived then they will lose the game resulting to 3-0 loss. We will give 10 additional minutes time for the Team to arrive, if not then we will have to end the game. To be able to play a match the team has to have at least 3 presented players. Before the game every player is required to bring their ID’s with them to make sure everyone is present and eligible to play. The Referee will be there to check everyone’s ID card and explain the Rules of the game. The Referee will then toss a coin to let the Team choose the Goal side they prefer or if they want to start the game first.
The matches are split into 20 minute halves and an extra 15 min break in between without including extra times. That equals to a 55 minute game. Each team is allowed to take a 1 minute time break once every half time if they wish to gather and make plans to win the game.
During the match game we provide a First Aider to assist in any medical emergencies and give appropriate treatments to the Players.
Champions Cup Tournament & Leagues Program
For the Champions Cup Tournament we will make a draw to create the team groups and show it on a knockout stage diagram. We will also prepare a schedule for each Club Team every week as teams progress, showing all the future matches and we will send it to each team individually. We will also post it in our Website and Social Media platforms.
For the Full and Half Season memberships, we will prepare a schedule for every single team for each League to show the days and times of all the future matches for the whole Season. We will send a list of all the future matches for each team individually and for their team to make it easier to view and remember, so the teams will not miss any match. Also the complete schedule will be posted in our Website and Social media platforms for everyone to see.
In case a team cannot attend the match event then the Leader (Manager) of the Team should inform Us at least few days earlier so we can reschedule the match and inform the other team for the changes.
There will be times of a bad weather including, heavy rain or snow in which the match will be cancelled and rescheduled another day and time.

If the Teams finish with an equal score, then there will be an extra time of two 5 minute halves with a 1 minute break in between the halves. If the game is still tied, both Teams will move to the Penalties stage, and each Team has to shoot from the penalty spot which is 6 meters far from the goal. Each team will shoot 3 penalties and if they are still tie each Team will take 1 penalty each at a time until either Team misses to score or there is a goal save.

Futsal Game Rules
Match Duration + Extra Times + Timeouts
The duration of the game matches is 40 minutes (two 20 min halves) including a 15 minute break in between the two halves which makes it a total of 55 minute match. Each team is allowed a 1 minute timeout per each half for Players and Managers to take a small break and gather together to make or change game plans. Extra times will be included only in the Champions Cup Tournament when both Teams have an equal score after the full time is finished.
Penalties
Penalties are taken from 2 spots in Futsal. The first Penalty spot is 6 meters far away from the Goal and another spot 10 meters away from the Goal. Penalties will be given to the Teams that conceded foul inside the penalty area which then the Player is allowed to take a 6 meter Penalty kick. When a team conceded 5 fouls in a row in any area inside the pitch then for any additional foul conceded the team will be given a 10 meter Penalty kick without the wall of course. Additionally a Direct Free Kick Penalty will be given to the Team whenever the ball touches the opponent’s hand or arm NOT including shoulder which is called ‘Handball’.
In the Champions Cup Tournament if Teams still have the same score then they will move to the round of Penalties. In this round each team will be allowed to shoot 3 times and if Teams still have no difference in score, then both Teams will take one shoot at a time with the winning Team being the one scoring after the other Team misses.
Fouls
The Referee will decide if there is a Foul, showing Yellow or Red card depending on the foul situation. Also the referee will decide weather to award a Direct or an Indirect Free Kick. In Direct Free Kicks the Player can shoot the ball directly from the spot to score. In Indirect Free Kick the Player has to pass the ball to another Player first. A Direct Free Kick is awarded when the foul was more serious and is up to the Referee to decide to give it or not.
In Direct or Indirect Free kicks, the ‘Wall’ must be less than 5 meters far away from the Kick taker and is formed by three or more defending team Players.
In Set pieces (Kick ins, Corners and Free kicks) must be taken within 4 seconds or else the opposite team will get possession and the Player will receive a yellow card for delaying the match. Same goes if the Goalkeeper doesn’t pass the ball within 4 seconds.
A Foul is awarded every time the opponent Player prevents the other Player from playing the ball by pushing, pulling or tackling him/her without touching the ball. Depending on the force and the situation of the Foul the Referee will be the one to decide whether to give a foul. In some cases the Referee might award a foul but let the game continue, or stop the game and decide whether to give a yellow or red card or no card.
Referee (Yellow & Red Cards)
There will be a Referee in every match game to make sure every Player is fine, check everyone is there, explain the Rules to both Teams, ensure the game runs smoothly and there is always a fair play. The Referee will start and end the game at the right time informing the Players about the remaining time during each half.
Before the match game
The Referee will be present 30 minutes before the match to check everyone is there by checking everyone’s ID card to make sure everyone is registered and eligible to play. After that he will speak with the Team reminding them about the Rules of the Game and answering to any questions. In case a Team doesn’t arrive on time the Referee will ONLY wait for 10 more minutes from the official time. If the Team hasn’t yet arrived then the Referee will end the game resulting to a 3-0 loss for the missing Team. The minimum number of Players required to start a match game is 3 Players. As mentioned earlier, we ask every Player to come at least 30 minutes before the match game starts, for every player to have enough time to warm up, talk about the game plans and get ready for the match.
During the match game
The Referee will ask both Team Leaders to come in the middle of the pitch to explain the Rules one more time and then toss a coin to see who wants to pick ball or corner. The Referee will blow a whistle and stop the game when there’s a foul play or when the ball passes the touch or goal lines if the scene is not clear. In case of a foul the Referee will approach the scene and decide whether to give a Yellow or Red Card or a just a Warning. Any complains to the Referee can result to a booking of a Yellow or Red Card so the Players must always be careful and behave properly. The Referee will write all the Names and Numbers of the Players that have been booked and the scorers of the match game.
If a Player receives a Red card then he will be sent off from the game and the team will remain with only 4 Players. Also he/she will miss the next scheduled match.
Team Managers
All Teams can have a Manager to help them win the League. A Futsal Manager can create formations, tactics, game plans for every match so the Team will be more organized when they play. Also the Manager can always give feedback and motivate and encourage the Players to try their best to win. It is up to the Team to decide whether they want to have a Manager or not.
